1.4 Sensitive Information

Information relating to your sexual preferences or orientation is treated as sensitive. We collect such information only with your explicit consent and only where you voluntarily provide it for profile customisation or content personalisation. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your account settings or contacting us at privacy@pixelpanther.ai.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We will only use your personal information for the purposes described below. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

2.1 Provide, Operate, and Improve the Site

  • Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

2.3 Copyright Takedown & Counter-Notification (DMCA)

PixelPanther respects intellectual property rights. Where you submit a copyright infringement takedown notice or a counter-notification, we will process your personal information (name, contact details, and the content of your notice) solely to investigate and resolve the dispute. In accordance with the DMCA process, we will share your contact information and notice content with the relevant uploader or rights holder. By submitting a notice or counter-notification, you consent to this disclosure. Without consent, we cannot process your request. Takedown records are retained for 4 years from the conclusion of the matter, or longer if legal proceedings are active.

When you contact us directly, we use your information to respond to your enquiry or complaint, improve our service, and comply with any legal obligation arising from the communication. By registering, you consent to receiving promotional communications from PixelPanther about our services, offers, and features. 3. Device Information

We collect information from devices you use to access the Site. This data is aggregated to improve your experience and is used for user research related to demographics, interests, and behaviour. It does not personally identify you. Note: after you verify your email address with us, links in subsequent emails will automatically log you into the Site. Do not forward emails received from us, as third parties could use them to access your account.

5. How and Where We Process Personal Information

PixelPanther processes personal information using computers and IT systems, with strict organisational procedures aligned to the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Access to personal information is limited to authorised personnel in administration, operations, sales, marketing, legal, and system administration roles. External parties — such as hosting providers, payment processors, IT service companies, and communication agencies — may be engaged as data processors where necessary. All such parties are bound by contractual data protection obligations and may only process your data on our documented instructions. Personal information is processed at our operational offices and at the locations of our authorised processors, which may include countries outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection (see Section 7).

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit (accessible at https://www.pixelpanther.ai)
  • Firewall protection and continuous network monitoring
  • Regular security reviews, penetration testing, and risk assessments
  • Access controls restricting data access to authorised personnel only, subject to strict confidentiality obligations

If you know or suspect your account credentials have been lost, stolen, or compromised, or you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately at support@pixelpanther.ai. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals without undue delay.

7. International Data Transfers

PixelPanther is based in Cyprus and operates globally. Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission, and other lawful transfer mechanisms.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect our legitimate interests. You may request modification or deletion of your personal data at any time by navigating to “Delete my account” in your account settings or contacting our Support Team at support@pixelpanther.ai.

Please note: Email address and login data may be retained for up to 4 years post-closure for fraud prevention and legal compliance. IP address logs are retained for 6 months post-closure. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Content you have shared publicly may remain visible in anonymised form. We will retain data as required by law or our legitimate interests even after account deletion.

9. Your Legal Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR for EU/EEA users, US State Privacy Laws, or APPI in Japan), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to profiling, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of the rights above, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will ask you to verify your identity before acting on your request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. For registered users, we will also notify you by email.
