Introduction
PixelPanther (www.pixelpanther.ai) is an AI-generated adult content platform operated by Noventis Holdings Ltd, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. We respect intellectual property rights and the personal rights of all individuals, and we are committed to swift action when either is infringed.
This policy covers three distinct takedown mechanisms, each designed to address a different category of harm:
| # | Mechanism | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| A | DMCA Copyright Takedown | Copyrighted content (embedded videos, images, music, written works) used without authorisation |
| B | AI Likeness / Deepfake Takedown | AI-generated characters that realistically resemble a real, identifiable individual without their consent |
| C | NCII Takedown | Non-consensual intimate imagery — real or AI-generated sexual content depicting a real person without their consent |
All three takedown types are handled by our compliance team at compliance@pixelpanther.ai. Requests involving real individuals’ likenesses or non-consensual imagery are treated as urgent and reviewed within 2 business hours of receipt.
PART A — DMCA COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN POLICY
A1. Overview — Copyright & the DMCA
PixelPanther respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Although PixelPanther is incorporated outside the United States, we voluntarily adhere to the DMCA framework as a matter of best practice and out of respect for rights holders globally.
PixelPanther is a hosting platform. The AI-generated content produced by our own systems does not reproduce third-party copyrighted works. However, where the Site embeds or links to third-party content, or where user-uploaded content infringes a copyright, we operate the takedown procedure set out below. PixelPanther has designated a Compliance Director to receive copyright infringement notices. The designated agent’s contact details are set out in Section A5.
A2. What the DMCA Covers on This Site
The DMCA takedown procedure applies to:
- Embedded third-party videos or audio hosted on or linked from the Site that reproduce copyrighted works without authorisation
- User-uploaded images, video clips, or written material that infringe a third-party copyright
- Thumbnails, preview images, or promotional materials that reproduce copyrighted content without a licence
- AI-generated content that has been specifically prompted to reproduce a copyrighted artistic style, script, lyrics, or other protected expression in a manner that constitutes infringement
Note: AI-generated content that draws on general stylistic conventions or broad genres is not, in itself, copyright infringement. The DMCA process is intended for specific reproduction of protected expression, not general aesthetic similarity.
A3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please send a written notification to compliance@pixelpanther.ai containing all of the following elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the specific material on the Site that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it — please include the direct URL(s) and, where possible, a screenshot.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice — [brief description of content]
We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to take action on valid notices within 3 business days. We may contact you for additional information if your notice is incomplete. Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages and legal costs.
A4. DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you uploaded or are responsible for was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (including the URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which PixelPanther may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Email: compliance@pixelpanther.ai
Subject line: DMCA Counter-Notification — [brief description]
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to prevent restoration. Submitting a false counter-notification may result in legal liability.

A6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), PixelPanther maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user may be deemed a repeat infringer where:
- Two or more valid DMCA takedown notices have been received relating to content uploaded by that user within any rolling 12-month period, and the user has not successfully counter-notified; or
- A user demonstrates a pattern of uploading infringing content regardless of the number of notices received.
Account termination for repeat infringement is permanent and without refund.
PART B — AI LIKENESS & DEEPFAKE TAKEDOWN PROTOCOL
B1. Why This Protocol Exists
The most significant privacy and consent risk on an AI adult content platform is not traditional copyright infringement — it is the possibility that an AI generation system produces a character that bears a realistic resemblance to a real, identifiable individual. This is commonly referred to as an AI deepfake or non-consensual AI likeness.
PixelPanther’s AI systems are configured to avoid generating realistic simulations of real people. However, we recognise that AI generation is imperfect and that coincidental or prompted resemblances may occur. This protocol exists to give any individual — whether a public figure or a private person — a fast, clear, and effective route to have such content removed. We treat AI likeness complaints as our highest-priority takedown category. No legal expertise or court order is required to make a report. If you believe an AI-generated character on this Site looks like you, contact us immediately.
B2. What Constitutes an AI Likeness Infringement
A valid AI likeness complaint may exist where an AI-generated character on the Site:
- Bears a realistic facial resemblance to a real, identifiable individual, whether a public figure or private person
- Uses a real person’s name, known alias, or identifying characteristics in conjunction with sexual content
- Has been described, tagged, titled, or contextualised in a way that associates the AI character with a real individual
- Was generated by a user who prompted the AI system using a real person’s name, image, or identifying details
You do not need to prove intent. You do not need a lawyer. You do not need a court order. If you believe an AI character on this Site looks like you and appears in a sexual context, that is sufficient grounds to submit a takedown request under this protocol.
B3. How to Submit an AI Likeness Takedown Request
To request removal of AI-generated content on the basis of likeness infringement, send an email to: compliance@pixelpanther.ai
Your email should include the following information. You do not need to use formal legal language:
- Your full name and contact email address.
- A description of who you are — e.g., your name, profession, or any public profile that helps us understand your identity (this is used solely to verify the likeness claim and will be kept confidential).
- The URL(s) of the specific content on the Site that you believe depicts your likeness. If you cannot locate a URL, describe the content as specifically as possible.
- A brief description of why you believe the AI character resembles you — e.g., facial features, name used, context provided, or other identifying characteristics.
- A statement that you have not consented to the creation or distribution of this content.
- A statement that the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Optional but helpful: A photograph or publicly available image of yourself to assist our team in assessing the likeness claim. This is not required. If provided, it will be used only for the purpose of evaluating your report and deleted immediately upon resolution.
B4. What Happens After You Submit
Upon receiving an AI likeness takedown request, our compliance team will:
- Within 2 hours: Acknowledge receipt of your report by email and immediately withhold the reported content from public view pending review.
- Within 8 hours: A senior compliance officer reviews the content against your report to assess the likeness claim.
- Within 24 hours: If the claim is upheld: permanently remove the content, purge it from our systems and CDN cache, and notify you of removal. If additional information is needed, contact you directly.
- Within 48 hours: Investigate how the content was generated — including reviewing whether a user prompted the AI using your likeness — and take appropriate enforcement action against the responsible account.
- Ongoing: Add your likeness characteristics to our classifier blocklist to prevent future generation of similar content.
B5. Confidentiality of Likeness Reports
All AI likeness takedown requests are handled with strict confidentiality. Your personal information, contact details, and the content of your report will not be shared with the user who uploaded or generated the content, except where required by law or court order. Your report will be retained by PixelPanther’s compliance team solely for the purpose of resolving the claim and preventing future similar content. It will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy once the matter is resolved.
B6. No Retaliation
PixelPanther strictly prohibits any retaliation against individuals who submit AI likeness takedown requests in good faith. Any user found to have attempted to re-upload, redistribute, or recreate content targeting an individual who has submitted a takedown request will be permanently banned from the Site.
PART C — NON-CONSENSUAL INTIMATE IMAGERY (NCII) TAKEDOWN PROTOCOL
C1. What Is Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)?
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) — sometimes called "revenge porn" or "image-based sexual abuse" — refers to intimate or sexually explicit images or videos of a real person that are shared, published, or distributed without that person’s consent. On an AI platform, NCII risk takes two primary forms:
- Real NCII — authentic photographs or recordings of a real person uploaded to the Site without their consent
- AI-Generated NCII — AI-generated images or videos designed to realistically simulate a specific real individual in a sexual context, without their consent (this overlaps with the AI Likeness protocol in Part B)
PixelPanther has a strict zero-tolerance policy for both forms of NCII. Any content that constitutes NCII will be removed immediately upon a valid report, and the responsible account will be permanently terminated.
C2. Your Rights
If you are a victim of NCII on this Site, you have the right to:
- Have the content removed from the Site immediately upon a valid report, without needing a court order
- Have your report treated confidentially — your identity will not be disclosed to the uploader
- Request that we purge all cached or backup copies of the content from our systems
- Request confirmation once the content has been fully removed
- Report the matter to law enforcement — we will cooperate with any resulting investigation
C3. How to Submit an NCII Takedown Request
To request removal of NCII, send an email to: compliance@pixelpanther.ai
Include the following:
- Your full name and a contact email address where we can reach you confidentially.
- The URL(s) of the specific content you wish to have removed, or as detailed a description as possible if you cannot access the URL.
- A brief statement confirming that the content depicts you or a person on whose behalf you are acting, and that you did not consent to its creation, upload, or distribution on this Site.
- If you are acting on behalf of another person (e.g., as a parent, guardian, or legal representative), please state your relationship and confirm you are authorised to act on their behalf.
You do not need to provide a copy of the content itself. You do not need legal representation, a police report, or a court order to submit an NCII takedown request. We will act on your report immediately.
C4. Response Procedure for NCII Reports
- Acknowledgement within 2 business hours — the content is immediately withheld from public view.
- Review within 8 hours by a senior compliance officer.
- Permanent removal within 24 hours if the claim is upheld, including purging from CDN caches and backup systems.
- Permanent termination of the responsible account without warning or refund.
- Referral to law enforcement where the content constitutes a criminal offence in the relevant jurisdiction (NCII is a criminal offence in many countries, including the UK, Australia, Canada, and numerous US states).
- Written confirmation to the complainant that the content has been removed.
C5. StopNCII.org Partnership
PixelPanther supports and participates in the StopNCII.org hashing programme. This scheme allows individuals to create a digital hash (fingerprint) of intimate images without sharing the images themselves, enabling platforms to automatically detect and block those images across participating sites. If you are concerned that intimate images of you may be shared online, we encourage you to visit www.stopncii.org to create a hash of your images. PixelPanther will honour StopNCII hash-match takedowns automatically.
PART D — GENERAL PROVISIONS
D1. Trusted Flaggers
PixelPanther maintains relationships with trusted flagging organisations — specialist bodies with expertise in identifying harmful content online. Reports from trusted flaggers are reviewed on a priority basis alongside NCII and AI likeness reports. Trusted flaggers include child protection agencies, online safety regulators, and NCII support organisations. If your organisation wishes to apply for trusted flagger status, please contact legal@pixelpanther.ai.
D2. False & Abusive Reports
This takedown policy must not be abused. Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice — for example, to suppress legitimate content or to harass another user — is a violation of our Terms of Service and may expose you to legal liability, including under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Accounts found to have submitted false or abusive takedown reports may be suspended or permanently terminated.
D3. Preservation of Evidence
Where content is removed pursuant to any takedown notice under this policy, PixelPanther will preserve a record of the removed content and the associated takedown request for a minimum of 4 years, or for such a longer period as may be required by applicable law or ongoing legal proceedings. Preserved records are held securely and are not publicly accessible.
D4. Law Enforcement Cooperation
PixelPanther cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and government authorities. We maintain a dedicated legal channel for court orders, preservation requests, and official law enforcement enquiries. Legal process should be directed to legal@pixelpanther.ai. Where content removed under this policy constitutes or may constitute a criminal offence — including CSAM, NCII, or material facilitating trafficking — we will proactively refer the matter to the relevant authorities without waiting for a formal request.
D5. Policy Updates
This DMCA & Takedown Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, or best practice. The current version is always available at www.pixelpanther.ai/dmca. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email.
