The Site is an AI-generated adult content platform. All content hosted or generated here is produced exclusively by artificial intelligence and does not depict any real individuals. By accessing the Site you confirm you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are available in English only. In the event any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

1. Introduction

By visiting or using the Site, you enter into a binding agreement with PixelPanther. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities and incorporate our key policies, including:

Zero-tolerance policy for CSAM and non-consensual depictions
Anti-piracy, AI model misuse, and repeat-infringement measures

2. Our Service

2.1 Platform Description

PixelPanther is an AI-generated adult video and image platform. All content available on the Site — including videos, images, AI characters, and generated scenarios — is produced using machine-learning and generative AI systems. No real individuals participate in the creation of any content on this Site.

2.2 Not a Healthcare or Therapy Service

PixelPanther does not provide healthcare, medical, or mental health services. Nothing on the Site should be construed as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

2.3 Adult Content Disclosure

All services and content available on www.pixelpanther.ai are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. Some AI-generated materials contain sexually explicit content. PixelPanther adheres to all applicable laws governing adult content, including 18 U.S.C. §2257 and related regulations. All AI characters are explicitly depicted as adults aged 18 or older.

2.4 AI Content Disclaimer

All visual content on this Site is synthetically generated and does not portray real people, real events, or real locations. Any resemblance to real individuals is entirely coincidental and unintended. PixelPanther makes no representation that AI-generated content reflects real-world scenarios.

3. Eligibility & Site Access

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access PixelPanther. By proceeding past the age-verification gate, you confirm under penalty of law that:

You are a legal adult in your jurisdiction
Accessing sexually explicit adult content is lawful where you reside
You are not accessing the Site on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to install parental-control software to prevent underage access to adult content online. You may stop using the Site at any time by navigating away.

4. Prohibited Content: Minors, Non-Consensual Depictions & Real-Person Simulations

4.1 Zero Tolerance for CSAM

PixelPanther enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy for any content that depicts, simulates, implies, or could reasonably be interpreted as the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM). This applies to real, fictional, AI-generated, manipulated, or altered content. You are strictly prohibited from:

Uploading, requesting, creating, sharing, or engaging with any CSAM or content sexualising individuals who are, or appear to be, under the age of 18
Attempting to modify, prompt, or otherwise circumvent AI generation safeguards to produce underage content
Using any feature of the Site to simulate or imply non-consensual sexual activity

If PixelPanther identifies or receives a credible report of CSAM, we will: immediately remove the content; suspend or permanently terminate the associated account; and report the material — including account details and IP addresses — to law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and other relevant authorities. Membership to this site does not provide access to, nor allow the upload of content depicting: Non-consensual sexual acts (Rape, Brutality, Coericion), Incest, Pedophillia (CSAM), Bestaility, Necrophillia, or depictions of serious physical harm, self-harm, or mutilation.

4.2 Real-Person Simulations

You may not use any feature of the Site to generate, upload, or distribute content that realistically simulates or identifies a real, named individual without their documented, informed consent. Creating non-consensual deepfake or likeness content of real people is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal referral.

4.3 Reporting

To report prohibited content, use the Report button on any content page or contact us at support@pixelpanther.ai. We aim to review all reports within 24 hours and remove violating content promptly.

5. Terrorism, Violent Extremism & Harmful AI Use

All AI-generated content on PixelPanther that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism, serious physical harm, violent extremism, or any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. You may not use any generation tools provided by the Site to produce such content. We maintain a dedicated legal channel for receiving and responding to law enforcement orders, court orders, and government requests to remove or preserve specific material. Suspected violations may be reported via our report form or directly to support@pixelpanther.ai.

6. Account Registration

To open a user account and access member-only features — including HD content, AI generation tools, creator uploads, and premium subscriptions — you must:

Confirm you are 18 years of age or older and provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date registration information
Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential
Notify us immediately at support@pixelpanther.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
Maintain only one account per person; duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Subscription & Paid Services

7.1 Subscription Tiers

PixelPanther offers the following access tiers:

Basic — Limited free access to the Site. We reserve the right to restrict or modify free-tier access at any time.
Premium — Subscription-based access with enhanced features including HD content, advanced AI generation, and unlimited browsing. Billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

7.2 Payment & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via the payment method provided at signup. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrency where supported. Charges will appear on your bank statement as CCBill.com*PixelPanther, CCBill.com or EPOCH.com, depending on the payment method selected. CCBill and EPOCH are our authorized retailers. If payment fails within 7 days of the due date, your account will automatically revert to the Basic tier.

7.3 Credits & Tokens

PixelPanther may offer a credit or token system (“Pixels”) for accessing premium AI generation features, adult-themed scenarios, or exclusive content not included in a standard subscription. Pricing per feature will be displayed at point of purchase. Loyal members may receive discounted rates based on usage history.

7.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the “My Subscriptions” section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds will not be issued for unused subscription time. All sales of credits/tokens are final and non-refundable. Note: Any and all users accessing content constitutes a waiver of the right to a full refund.

8. Conditions of Use

8.1 User-Generated Content

When you upload synthetic media, videos, images, comments, or other contributions to PixelPanther, you represent and warrant that:

You have full legal rights to submit the material
The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or likeness rights
The content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms
The content does not constitute CSAM, non-consensual depictions, or real-person simulations without consent

Only verified creators who have entered into a separate Creator Agreement with PixelPanther are permitted to upload adult-themed content for public distribution. Regular user accounts may not publish content to the public-facing platform.

8.2 User Conduct

You agree not to:

Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models, datasets, prompts, or generation logic from the Site
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation
Use the Site for commercial purposes without PixelPanther's express written consent
Collect contact information of other users without authorisation
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code of any kind
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

8.3 AI Generation Tools

Where PixelPanther provides access to AI content generation features, you acknowledge that all outputs are AI-generated synthetic media. You may not use generation tools to attempt to produce prohibited content as defined in Section 4. Our automated systems and human moderation team actively monitor generation requests for policy compliance.

8.4 Non-Commercial Use

The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless you have entered into a separate commercial licensing agreement with PixelPanther.

9. Content Moderation & Repeat Infringers

PixelPanther reviews reports of illegal, infringing, or policy-violating content and may proactively remove or restrict material that violates these Terms. We collaborate with trusted flaggers, industry safety bodies, and law enforcement agencies. Users who repeatedly infringe these Terms or applicable law may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, with no right to a refund of any prepaid fees.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All AI-generated videos, images, audio, model weights, prompts, character designs, trademarks, interface elements, and other materials on the Site (except user-uploaded content) are owned by or licensed to PixelPanther or its technology partners. The AI-generated nature of content does not place it in the public domain. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or underlying AI systems without prior written consent from PixelPanther. All rights to any AI character or generated content created through the Site belong exclusively to PixelPanther. By using the Site's generation features, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights over generated outputs.

10.2 User Content Licence

By uploading content to the Site, you grant PixelPanther an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submission solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Site.

10.3 DMCA Takedown Policy

PixelPanther respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. To submit a valid Takedown Notice, please provide the following to support@pixelpanther.ai:

Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
The location of the allegedly infringing material on the Site (URL or screenshot)
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner or law
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act
Your physical or electronic signature

We aim to respond to valid Takedown Notices within three (3) business days. Knowingly submitting a false notice may expose you to legal liability.

10.4 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a Counter-Notice to support@pixelpanther.ai including: your contact details; a description of the removed material; a good-faith statement that removal was due to mistake or misidentification; consent to jurisdiction; and your signature. We may restore content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant initiates court proceedings.

11. Recommendation Algorithms

PixelPanther uses automated recommendation systems to suggest content based on your viewing history, stated preferences, and engagement patterns. These systems are designed to surface content that matches your interests within the limits of these Terms. You may adjust your content preferences from your account settings at any time. We do not use recommendation algorithms to surface content that violates our prohibited content policies.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by PixelPanther. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. We do not endorse them. You access third-party services at your own risk and we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use. Where you connect to the Site using third-party authentication (e.g., email, Google, Apple), the use of your data by those services is governed by their own privacy policies, not by PixelPanther.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PixelPanther, its affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any content you upload or generate through the Site.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PixelPanther and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

Your access to or inability to access the Site
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
Any AI-generated content obtained from the Site
Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PixelPanther in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PixelPanther does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that you may encounter AI-generated sexually explicit, erotic, or adult-oriented material. PixelPanther disclaims all liability for any harm arising from your voluntary engagement with such content.

16. Disputes

16.1 Non-US Residents

Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted by three arbitrators in London, UK, in the English language, under the substantive law governing PixelPanther's country of incorporation. All proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis; class or representative actions are not permitted.

16.2 US Residents

US residents agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York City, New York, in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. For claims of $5,000 or less, you may elect to file in small claims court instead. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact support@pixelpanther.ai and attempt informal resolution for at least 60 days.

16.3 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback for any transaction billed to your account, PixelPanther reserves the right to disclose private communications sent or received by you through the Service to payment processors or financial institutions solely for the purpose of validating the disputed charges. Our Privacy Policy does not restrict such disclosures to the extent required by law or financial dispute resolution.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

18. Your Privacy

PixelPanther takes the privacy of its users seriously. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.pixelpanther.ai/privacy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

19. Service Availability & Modifications

While PixelPanther strives to keep the Site accessible and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and disclaim liability for downtime, data loss, or service errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect your use or subscription.

20. Changes to These Terms

PixelPanther may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where changes are material, notify registered users via email or an in-site notification. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
